In just over a month after announcing ticket sales, the annual Abingdon Virginia Ruritan Club seafood festival sells out once again. The Ruritan club holds two festivals per year and if you were planning on attending the May event, you're out of luck.

The Spring 2019 entertainment will feature Virginia's own "The Janitors" from Virginia Beach. Danny Morgan and the guys always put on a great show performing a tight blend of R&B, 60's Soul, 70's Funk, Country, Classic Rock and Top 40 Dance.

One of Virginia's most popular events and always a sell out crowd simply because they offer some of the best food and wide selection along with top entertainment each year ranging from Beach, Soul, Blues and more. You can check our calendar for similar upcoming events and be sure to watch for the Ruritan club's Fall festival that's held on the third Wednesday of October.

As a venue and/or band are you taking advantage of the Facebook calendar?
If not, you’re missing out, see below!
  • Your followers are unable to easily add your event to their reminders or mobile device
  • Your event is NOT listed on the largest Beach Music Calendar on Flip Flop Live
We’re seeing it more and more that events are being shared in a flyer or poster in a Facebook post. This does get some attention but it can easily be lost in the sea of posts on the various Beach Music groups and even your own page and if people aren’t members of these groups they never see the posts. People are busier than ever and they’re looking for a fast and easy way to see where their favorite events are being held. We have a simple solution for you and we handle everything in a few easy steps.
Flip Flop Live Calendar Management - How It Works:
  • Email us your event details
  • We post all of the event details for you
  • The event is added to the venue’s Facebook calendar, the band’s Facebook calendar along with our page, our website and our calendars outside of Facebook.
  • You remain in full control over the event details and you can change, add or delete the event at anytime. from your page. We simply do the heavy lifting for you!
We understand the time and dedication it takes to properly manage online calendar events and how to get you the best results including keywords, tags and providing as much information as possible to your fans. This not only helps you and your brand but the entire Beach Music community by making your information easily accessible to the people who love it most.
If you’d be interested in this service, send us a message and we can provide you with our rate card and you will find that our service rates are reasonably priced and affordable for everyone.

If you know of a band or venue that could benefit from this, please feel free to share it with them.
