As we've done for past SOS events, we've compiled the 2022 SOS events into one easy guide to help plan your time in N. Myrtle Beach. The guide lists all events by date and time and each event type is colored to help easily identify and find what you're looking for such as shag events, band and/or DJ events. You can easily access the guide here on our website where you can save and/or print it. If you have the Flip Flop Live mobile app, you will be able to access the guide right on your mobile device where you can also have the option to download it to your phone or other device.

On Sunday, September 4, 2022 the Lake Life Live Concert Series will welcome JB and the Get Down Browns with the Embers featuring Craig Woolard to the downtown Clarksville, Virginia stage. The 28th annual Eno Beach Shag Club Dance Contest was hosted at Umstead Pines Country Club August 12th and 13th 2022. Townsend Link from the Pink Slips Band shared a video via social media on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 (watch the video below). The Pink Slips Band put together a raffle for a signed guitar by all of the band members. The little girl (Emma) that can be seen in the video recently underwent a bone marrow transplant and of course the family has mounting medical bills, lodging and other expenses. For all donations received, 100% of the proceeds will go to Emma's family!

The highest bidder will receive the signed Fender Stratocaster guitar from the Pink Slips Band that will be hand delivered by Townsend to your door. Upon delivery the lucky winner will also enjoy a private acoustic show from Townsend in your living room, office or anywhere you choose. Hand delivery and the performance is only available in East Tennessee, Virginia, North and South Carolina. If you live outside of the above mentioned areas, the guitar will be shipped to you. Bidding is open until Tuesday, August 23, 2022.
